Trainings

Training connects the pre-compiled training program (study materials with practice tests) and examination test with students and students groups within the given timeframe - the training calendar. Training calendar can include events like study period, online discussion and offline seminars and online examination and results announcement. Training calendar is visible both to teachers and students in graphical form allowing better overview of the training and time planning.

Examination tests are created the same way that the practice test by the teachers, for examination tests teacher can assign a time limit for every test section. Examination tests are not accessible by the student before or after the exam.

During the exam student’s access to other parts of the application, such as study materials or communication tools is restricted. If student exceeds time limit for a part of the test, the remainder of the test part is skipped, and the next part of the exam is presented to the student. All parts of the all tests can be commented to give student more specific advice and directions for completing the test or exam.

Examination test results are saved along with the all student answers building the certificates database. Certificates have validity time set along with the training properties. Certificates database can be searched by various parameters, search results can be presented in MS Excel using user-defined report templates.

Communication tools

Edutizer provides four communication tools for communication between teachers and students. “News” is a one-way communication tool aimed at bringing important messages to student masses. News section is displayed first after student’s login to the system.

“E-mailbox” is a two-way commutation tool that allow student to ask teacher a specific questions and receive personal advice and directions. E-mailbox is just like an e-mail.

“Edutizer Chat” is a built-in chat application that restricts students to use their real names in chat-rooms.

“Online forums” is questions-and-answers application for building additional knowledge base that can be searched by students.
